Most chronic diseases aren't diseases at all...they are a combination of malnutrition and toxins.

We are living in a world where we can have an abundance of food, yet still be malnourished.

Our bodies need real, nutrient-dense foods to provide the vitamins, minerals, protein, healthy fats, and other nutrients necessary to function properly. However, much of the modern diet is made up of highly processed foods that can provide plenty of calories without providing the nutrition our bodies actually need.

At the same time, we are exposed to an increasing number of environmental and dietary toxins in processed foods and additives, chemicals and other substances our bodies have to process every day. While we are eating more, we aren't getting the nourishment our bodies need, and we are putting an increasing burden on the body at the same time.

This is a big part of why we are seeing so much chronic disease today. The way to remedy this is to get back to what is natural. Real food, proper nourishment, movement, sleep, sunlight, stress management, and a lifestyle that supports the way the human body was designed to function.
